Okay, so I decided to grab the dragon with both hands and “read” The Hobbit.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m loving the movies. And I have tried 3 times to read The Hobbit only succeeding to get 90 pages in.
I now know why… it’s boring. Sacrilege tis true, but there it is, plain as the hair on Bilbo’s feet.
I got the Audible copy and the reader is fantastic, but it’s still boring and barely like the movies. I’m 7 chapters in so yeah me!
My heartfelt congratulations to all those millions of people who have read The Hobbit. I commend you.
